This evening at council there will be a resolution on selling waterfront lands to Cameco in five years. Why is it being done know. Why not wait five years to actually enter into the agreement rather than today.
About 1/2 of the land that the Cameco plant is on is owned by the community and has been for decades; why is there no rent paid on that land?
Should council sell them the land next week or wait the five years?
I think that in exchange for the landa abbutting and under the plant that Cameco should finance the proposed marina. Any comments on that?
